Luxury Party Services

NOTE: Outdoor Picnics are closed. They reopen 5/2025

Instructions for booking your event :
1. Choose the Luxury Service you desire. 

2. Choose the date you would like to have your event. If the date is unavailable please email us at Stacey@fancifulcelebrations.com. We may still have availability on your preferred date. 

3. The time slots provided are our arrival times for set-up.

  • For Teepee Parties we will need 30 minutes per teepee. Please keep this in mind when scheduling our arrival time. 

4. Fill out the  form to the best of your ability, if you are unsure of the address please list the city and or zip code. Providing the zip code will allow us to give a proper quote for your event.

5. Finally, make the Deposit payment, this will hold your preferred date. Until the deposit is made your date is not secured.​

We will confirm by email you to get more details about Time, Location, Food and BeverageEnhancements and other details.

 

Ten days prior to your party we will send an invoice and require payment in full.

This deposit also serves as a bond and will be returned to you once we have confirmed that all rental items are still in their original, undamaged condition. Until the deposit is made, the time slot is available for anyone to book! Deposits will be retained for a cancelation of the event by the customer. Deposits are non-transferable to other services.

 All services require a fully refundable deposit and are necessary at the time of booking to hold your event date. This Deposit also serves as a bond and will be returned to you once we have confirmed that all rental items are still in their original, undamaged condition. Until the initial payment is made, the time slot is available for anyone to book. Deposits will be retained for a cancelation of the event by the customer. Deposits are non-transferable to other services. An invoice will be sent 14 days prior to the event and payment in full is required 10 days prior to the event.

Our Service Area includes a 10-mile radius of Lynnwood. We build in the travel fee to service your party on-location to cover travel costs within 10-miles or less of our primary service area. But we will gladly travel beyond our primary service area to cover an additional secondary service area, up to approximately 60+ miles. â€‹
